Mónica Cruz Sánchez (born March 16, 1977) is a Spanish actress, dancer and model.

She danced in Joaquin Cortes's dance company, and she is the sister of actress Penélope Cruz. Mónica became famous for playing Silvia Jáuregi in the Spanish TV series Un paso adelante, along with actors like Silvia Marty, Beatriz Luengo, Pablo Puyol, Dafne Fernández and Lola Herrera.

She also performed in David Bisbal's "Lloraré las penas" videoclip.

Mónica modeled alongside sister Penélope for Mango's fall 2007 line.
